Shout-out to My Co-Founder, Omar, and the Team

Seven months ago, Omar and I took a leap—quit all the side gigs, left our jobs, and went all in on Mando.

We first crossed paths three years ago at Arageek, trying to marry WordPress as a CMS with Next.js for front-end development—back when it wasn’t widely used. Since then, we became friends, working late nights and chasing big ideas.

Fun fact: Omar and I spent an endless number of hours searching for the perfect brand name… and gave up. Anyway, somewhere in the middle of it all, we realized how much we’d grown as friends—through the learning, experimenting, wins, and failures.

So, we called it “Mando”—a blend of our initials, Malaz & Omar (M and O). More than just a name, it represents partnership, friendship, and shared passion.

This is just the beginning for Mando. We can’t wait to see how it transforms customer support for businesses everywhere.
