Use this method when your MCP server supports its own authorization. You add the server address, approve access once in a secure window, and Mando keeps the connection signed in for you.
Before you start
- Your plan includes MCP: it is available on Growth, Business, and Enterprise (Compare Mando plans and pricing).
- You are an admin on the workspace.
- Your server is reachable over public HTTPS.
Connect the server
- Open Customer Service, then Settings, then Integrations, and select the Tools tab.
- Turn on the Enable MCP switch to open the MCP Server card.
- Enter your Server URL. It must be a valid HTTPS address. Click Continue.
- If the server supports authorization, click the Connect with button that shows your server.
- Approve access in the window that opens.
Confirm it worked
When the flow finishes, the card switches to a connected state with an Active status and the list of tools the agent can use. If the tools do not appear, click Test Connection to see what went wrong.
One server per app
Each agent connects to one server. Connecting a different server later replaces this one for that agent.
