Frequently asked questions
How do I change plan?
Open Billing, pick the plan and select "Upgrade" or "Downgrade". A Super Admin of the workspace changes the plan.
I subscribed before the new plans launched. Do my limits change?
No. Your current plan's limits, including messages, channels, stores, reports and voice, stay as they are until you change plan yourself.
What happens if I choose a smaller plan than I set up in the trial?
The oldest of each kind stays on, the extras are switched off without being deleted, and upgrading switches them back on. See Why some items are switched off on your plan.
What are Enterprise plans?
