Every new Mando AI workspace starts with a 30-day free trial, and no card is needed. The trial opens every feature, with three limits: 1,000 AI replies, 1,000 knowledge pages and 1,000 broadcast recipients.
When does the trial start?
The trial starts the moment you create your workspace and runs for 30 days. You don't pick a plan or enter a card to begin. If your workspace existed before the new plans launched and had no paid subscription, your trial started on launch day.
What does the trial include?
Every channel: website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and email.
The CRM and full reports.
Simple AI Actions, workflows, the pipeline board and Tasks.
Voice agents. Each minute of a call uses 5 credits from your trial credits.
As many agents and apps as the Scale plan.
What are the trial's limits?
1,000 AI replies. Each reply uses 1 credit.
1,000 knowledge pages your agent learns from your website, store and files.
1,000 WhatsApp broadcast recipients.
If you use your 1,000 replies before the trial ends, choose a plan to keep Mando AI answering your customers.
Your store and website during the trial
The trial includes one store (Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce) and one website, side by side. To connect a second store or add a second website, choose a plan.
When you add your website, Mando AI reads its first 50 pages straight away.
To read the rest, add our chat code to every page of your site, publish it, then press "Check" in the "Read the rest of your website" step. Once the code is found, Mando AI reads the rest of your site, within the trial's 1,000 knowledge pages.
With a store connected, Mando AI reads your website in full without the code. Store products are never limited to 50 pages.
When you choose a plan, these limits lift straight away and your whole site is read again automatically.
The "Read the rest of your website" step shows on the agent test card during setup and under your website in the Content Library.
How do I see how many days are left?
On the Billing page: you see "Free trial" with "Days left" and "Ends on".
In the last 7 days: a banner at the top of the dashboard shows for workspace admins, with a "Choose a plan" button.
By email: every admin of the workspace gets an email when the trial starts, 7 days before it ends, the day before it ends, and on the day it ends.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial starts on its own when you create your workspace, and you only add a card when you choose a plan.
Do I lose my remaining trial days if I subscribe early?
No, if you subscribe by card or through Shopify. The days you have left carry over, and you're only charged when the trial ends. On Salla and Zid, each marketplace runs its own free trial from the day you install. See Choose a plan during your free trial.
What happens on day 30?
If you haven't chosen a plan, the workspace locks: Mando AI stops answering and your public pages go offline, while your messages and settings are kept. Choosing a plan switches everything back on at once. See What happens when your free trial ends.
I added the code through Google Tag Manager. Why can't Check find it?
Code added through Google Tag Manager isn't in your page's HTML, so Check can't see it. Add the code to your site's HTML itself. If that isn't possible, contact us.
How do I use a different website during the trial?
Delete the first website in the Content Library, then add the new one. The new site needs the code too before it's read in full.
