If you see the banner "Some items are switched off on your plan", your plan includes fewer agents, apps or messaging channels than you set up during your free trial. Mando AI switched the extras off and deleted nothing, and upgrading switches them back on.
When does this happen?
When your trial ends on a plan that includes fewer than you created, or when you subscribe after your workspace was locked.
What is switched off?
Extra AI agents.
Extra help centers, newsrooms, AI Pages and AI Search apps.
Extra Simple AI Actions, which are paused.
Extra workflows, which go back to draft and keep their published version.
The oldest items of each kind stay on, up to your plan's limit, and the newest are switched off.
Messaging channels on Light
Light includes website chat and one messaging channel. If you have more channels, Mando AI answers on just one. Pick it in the banner under "Mando AI answers on". If you don't pick one, it answers on the first connected channel in this order: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, TikTok. Messages on the other channels still arrive and your team can answer them, but Mando AI doesn't reply there, answer comments, or send broadcasts from them.

What the banner shows
Admins see the banner at the top of the dashboard. It lists the switched-off items by name, adds "and N more" when there are many, and links to "See the plans".
How to switch them back on
Select "See the plans" in the banner.
Pick a plan that includes as many as you need, then select "Upgrade".
The switched-off items come back on by themselves after the upgrade.
Frequently asked questions
Was anything deleted?
No. Switched-off items keep all their settings and content, and come back as they were when you upgrade.
Can I choose which agent or app stays on?
Not at the moment: the oldest items of each kind stay on. On Light, you do choose which messaging channel Mando AI answers on, from the banner.
