Every Mando plan includes a set number of apps, and each app type is counted separately. Your AI agents, help centers, newsrooms, AI Pages and AI Search apps each have their own allowance, so filling one does not block the others. The table below shows what every plan includes.

A zero means that app type is not available on that plan at all. On the Free plan, for example, you can run one AI agent and one AI Search app, but Help Center, Newsroom and AI Page stay locked until you move to Light or higher.
How the count works
Mando counts the apps that exist in your organization right now, per type. Deleting an app frees its slot immediately, so if you are at your limit you can remove one you no longer use and create another in its place.
Because the limits are per type, reaching your help center limit has no effect on how many AI agents you can create.
What happens when you reach the limit
You will see it in three places. The create card on your organization home is greyed out. Inside the Create new application dialog, app types you cannot add show an Upgrade required badge with a short explanation. And if you try to create anyway, Mando refuses with a message telling you how many apps you have used out of your allowance.
How to get more apps
Upgrade your plan. Add-ons cannot raise an app limit: the ones Mando sells cover extra team members, extra messages, extra indexed pages, removing branding, a custom domain, Ask AI answers in search, and contact importing. None of them change how many apps you can create.
Frequently asked questions
Does AI Search count against my AI agent limit?
No. AI Search apps have their own allowance, and every plan including Free comes with at least one.
If I delete an app, do I get the slot back?
Yes, immediately. The count reflects the apps that exist right now, so removing one lets you create another of the same type.
Can I buy one extra app without changing plan?
No. App limits move only when your plan does, so the next plan up is the only way to add capacity.
Why can I not create a Help Center on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes no help centers. The app type appears in the create dialog with an Upgrade required badge, and becomes available on Light and above.
What counts as an app?
Each AI agent, help center, newsroom, AI Page and AI Search app you create is one app of that type. They all live in the same organization and share your team and content.
