Mando AI offers a free setup call: the Mando AI team sets up your account with you. Book a time that suits you, and keep setting up on your own meanwhile.
Steps
- During sign-up, on any step except Try your agent, type a question such as "Can we do a call?" in the box, then select Book a free setup call in the answer. The same button also appears after three questions on one step.
- Or, after setup, open Get help at the bottom of your menu and select Need extra help? Book a demo. If you already asked something there, select New chat (the + at the top of the panel) first.
- Pick a time on the booking page, which opens in a new tab.

Can I keep setting up while I wait for my call?
Yes. Your setup answers are saved as you go, so you can carry on, or stop and pick up where you left off.

Often, yes. Type your question in the box on any setup step except Try your agent. When the setup assistant cannot answer a question about Mando AI, it offers the setup call.
