The dashboard language controls the Mando admin interface only: menus, buttons, labels and settings screens. It does not change the language your AI agent replies in, and it does not change what your customers see. Mando's dashboard is available in English and Arabic.
Steps
Look at the top bar of the dashboard, on the opposite side from the Mando logo.
Select the translate icon. It has no text label, so look for the icon rather than a menu item.
Pick English or العربية. A checkmark shows which one is active.

Suggested alt text: "Language dropdown open in the Mando dashboard top bar showing English and Arabic". Replace this block with the image.
What you should see
The page reloads and the interface switches language straight away. Choosing Arabic also flips the layout to right to left. Your choice is remembered for a year, so you will not need to set it again on the same browser.
What the dashboard language does not change
The language your AI agent replies in. That is set per agent, in the agent's own settings, and it is a completely separate control.
What visitors see in your chat widget, help center or newsroom. Those follow each app's own language setting.
What your teammates see. The setting belongs to the browser you are using, not to your Mando account.
Troubleshooting
The dashboard went back to English
Your language choice is stored in the browser, so clearing your browsing data, using a different browser, or switching to another device resets it to English. Set it again from the top bar.
A teammate sees the dashboard in a different language
That is expected. Each person chooses their own dashboard language, and it does not carry across accounts or devices.
Frequently asked questions
Which languages can the dashboard use?
English and Arabic. Your agents can talk to customers in many more languages; that is a separate setting on each agent.
Will changing this change what my AI agent says to customers?
No. The two settings are independent. To change how your agent replies, open the agent and change its language in Settings.
Why did my dashboard switch to Arabic on its own?
Connecting a Salla store switches the dashboard to Arabic for you, because Salla merchants usually serve Arabic-speaking customers. That flow also sets the connected agent's own language to Arabic. Both are separate settings and you can change either one back at any time.
Does this affect my customers in any way?
No. It only changes what you see inside Mando.
