You can choose a Mando AI plan on any day of your free trial. If you subscribe by card or through Shopify, the trial days you have left carry over, so you're only charged when the trial ends, and you keep the trial's features until then.
Before you start
A Super Admin of the workspace chooses the plan.
Compare the plans first: Compare Mando AI plans: Light, Growth, Business and Scale.
Steps
Open Billing from the workspace menu.
Pick "Monthly" or "Yearly". Yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
Select "Upgrade" under the plan you want.
Complete the payment on the page that opens.

What happens after you subscribe
By card
The days left in your trial carry over to your subscription, and your first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Through Shopify
You approve the charge in your Shopify admin, with the trial days you have left, and Shopify only charges you when they run out. See Subscribe to a Mando AI plan through Shopify.
Through Salla or Zid
Subscribe from Mando AI's page in the Salla or Zid app store. Each marketplace runs its own free trial from the day you install and charges you when it ends.
Your limits before and after the trial ends
Until your trial ends, each limit is the better of the trial's and your plan's. After the trial, your plan's limits apply. If your plan includes fewer agents, apps or messaging channels than you created, see Why some items are switched off on your plan.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Open Billing at any time and pick another plan.
I'm billed through Salla. How does my trial work?
Salla runs its own free trial from the day you install the app, and charges you when it ends. See Manage your Mando AI plan when billed through Salla.
