Update your payment method

Change the card Mando charges from the Billing page, where card details and invoices both open on a secure page outside the dashboard for your safety.

If your card has expired or you want to pay with a different one, you update it from the Billing page.

You need to be a Super Admin, because billing is limited to that role.

Steps

  1. Open Billing from your organisation settings.
  2. Select Manage card details in the page header.
  3. A secure billing page opens in a new tab.
  4. Update your card there and save.

Card details are never entered into the Mando dashboard itself. They are handled on that separate secure page, which is why the button opens a new tab rather than a form.

Finding your invoices

The Invoices button beside it opens the same secure page, where your billing history and receipts live.

There is no separate invoice list inside Mando, so that button is where to go when someone asks you for a receipt.

If you are billed through a store

Merchants who subscribed through Salla, Shopify or Zid do not manage cards in Mando. Your payment details live with that platform, and Mando will tell you to manage billing there instead.

Update it before it expires

The most common reason a payment fails is simply an expired card, and it is entirely avoidable.

If you know your card expires soon, update it while everything is working rather than after a payment has been declined. It takes a minute either way, but doing it early avoids the interruption.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the button open a new tab?

Card details are handled on a secure page rather than inside the dashboard.

Can an Admin update the card?

Billing actions are limited to Super Admins.

Will updating my card charge me straight away?

No. It replaces the card used for your next charge.
