How many stores and messaging channels your plan connects

See how many stores and messaging channels each Mando AI plan connects, and what to do when a message says you've reached your plan's limit.

Written by: Malaz Madani2 hours ago2 min read

Your Mando AI plan sets how many stores and messaging channels you can connect. Website chat is included on every plan, and a website your agent reads doesn't count as a store.

Stores

A store is a Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce store connected to your workspace.

Messaging channels

  • Light: website chat plus one messaging channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok or email.

  • Growth, Business and Scale: website chat and every messaging channel.

During the free trial, every channel is open, and you can connect one store and one website. See How the 30-day free trial works.

Troubleshooting

"Your plan connects up to 1 store"

You've reached your plan's store count. Disconnect a store under Sources in the Content Library, or upgrade from Billing.

"Your plan includes 1 messaging channel besides website chat"

You're on Light and already have a messaging channel connected. Disconnect it before connecting another, or upgrade to Growth to connect them all.

"Your trial includes one store" or "Your trial includes one website"

The free trial includes one store and one website. To connect another store or add another website, choose a plan from Billing. To swap websites, delete the current one in the Content Library, then add the new one.

I chose Light after my trial and have more channels connected

Mando AI answers on the one channel you pick in the banner at the top of the dashboard, and messages on the other channels still reach your team. See Why some items are switched off on your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Does my website count as a store?

No. A website your agent reads isn't a store; the pages it reads count toward your plan's knowledge pages.
