If you skipped the store step when you set up Mando AI, your agent read your website's pages in place of the store. When you connect that store, its products and pages replace that one reading. Nothing else in your Content Library is removed.
What happens when you connect the store
During setup, your site runs on a store such as Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce, and you select Skip for now on the Your store step.
Mando AI reads your website's pages instead, so your agent can answer right away.
Later, you connect the store. Mando AI removes that one reading and syncs the store's products and pages in its place, because the store now teaches your agent the same pages and keeps them up to date.

If a page you need is gone
Some website pages aren't in your store, such as shipping, returns or sizing pages. Add your website again in Content Library, or write the page as an article. A website you add yourself stays when a store connects.

No. It works the same way on every plan and during the free trial.
Can I keep my website and my store side by side?
Yes. Add your website yourself after the store is connected, and both stay. The pages from both count toward your plan's knowledge pages.
