You have hit the number of pages your plan includes. Your AI agent carries on answering with everything it already knows. What stops is adding anything new.
What you will see
Buttons for adding content become unavailable, with a tooltip explaining why. Depending on what you were doing, the wording differs slightly: uploading files, adding articles, adding snippets, adding websites and adding videos each have their own message, and all of them say the same two options.
If you were adding several videos at once, Mando tells you the batch would exceed your limit rather than adding some of them.
Store syncs behave differently by platform
This is the part worth reading carefully, because reaching your limit does not affect every store the same way.
- Salla and Zid train as many products as fit and tell you how many were left out, so you get a partial catalogue.
- Shopify stops rather than partially syncing. If there is not enough room for the products it found, no new products are added at all.
- WooCommerce syncs nothing if you were already at the limit, or stops partway if it runs out mid sync.
So a Shopify merchant at their limit sees zero new products while a Salla merchant sees some. Neither is a fault.
How to fix it
There are two options, and the tooltips name both.
Delete content you do not need. Space is freed immediately. Good candidates are old drafts, duplicate uploads, and crawled pages that were never useful to answers. Remember that drafts and folders count, so clearing abandoned drafts often frees more than expected.
Upgrade your plan, or add extra pages if you are on Light, Growth or Business.
After either one, run your store sync again to pick up what was skipped.
