Add-ons let you increase one part of your plan without moving to a bigger one. If you need more seats but not more of everything, an add-on is usually cheaper than an upgrade.

Two kinds of add-on
Top-ups add to a number you already have, and you can buy several. Seats, messages and pages all work this way, so buying three extra seat add-ons gives you three more seats.
Unlocks switch a capability on. You buy them once and quantity does not apply.
Which plans can buy add-ons
Add-ons are available on Light, Growth and Business.
They cannot be bought on the free plan. If you are on Free and need any of this, the first step is a paid plan rather than an add-on.
Add-on or upgrade?
A rough rule: if you are short of one thing, buy the add-on. If you are short of several, compare the total against the next plan up.
Two seats and two message top-ups often cost more than simply moving up a plan, and the larger plan usually brings a better AI tier with it. Check the plan comparison before stacking add-ons.
Prices
Prices are shown on each add-on card on the Billing page, and confirmed before you are charged. Add-ons bill on the same cycle as your plan.

Can I buy the same add-on twice?
Yes for the top-up kind. Unlocks are bought once.
Do add-on messages roll over?
Extra messages add to your monthly allowance, and the allowance starts fresh each month.
