Tags are topic labels for your Newsroom articles. You manage them from one place, then add them to articles as you write.

Create a tag

  1. Open your Newsroom, go to Content, and open the Tags tab.

  2. Click New Tag.

  3. Enter a Title (required, this is what readers see) and an optional Description (internal, just for you).

  4. Click Add Tag.

Rename or delete

  • The Tags table lists every tag. Use a row's menu to Edit it (rename or change the description) or Delete it.

  • To remove several at once, select them and use Delete. A delete asks you to confirm, so it is not accidental.

Add tags to an article

Open an article and use the Tags field in the sidebar to pick from your tags. An article can carry as many as you like. The Tags field appears only on Newsroom articles. To decide when to use a tag versus a collection, see the article on collections versus tags.
