AI Search finds your search box by looking for common search elements. On some sites it guesses wrong and opens from a link or button you did not mean. You can point it at exactly the right element.
Scope it to your search box
Add the attribute data-mando-search-trigger to the one element you want to open AI Search, your real search box or search icon. Once it is set, AI Search opens only from that element and stops hijacking the wrong one.
If you use the AI agent option
When you run search through your AI agent, set the Search box to take over field on the Deploy step to a CSS selector that matches only your search box. That keeps it from matching other elements.
