Your AI Search app's Insights page shows how people use search on your site: what they look for, how often, and how well it works.
The numbers at the top
For the timeframe you choose (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days), four cards summarise activity:
- Total searches, how many searches ran.
- Ask AI rate, the share that used an Ask AI answer.
- Click-through, the share where a visitor clicked a result.
- No-result rate, the share that returned nothing.
Below them, Top searches lists your most common queries, and Content gaps lists the ones that returned nothing.
The searches table
- The Searches table lists individual searches with the query, how many results it returned, whether a result was clicked, whether Ask AI was used, feedback, and when.
- This table always shows the most recent searches and is not limited by the timeframe above.
- Use Export CSV to download recent rows.
Good to know
- Any team member can view Insights.
- A 0% Ask AI rate is normal if you have not added the Ask AI add-on; see What each Mando add-on unlocks.
- Counts are meant as a guide to trends, not an exact ledger.
