Ask AI is an add-on for AI Search. On top of the instant results, it shows a short written answer to the visitor's question, built only from your own content.
What it does
Gives a written answer above the results, in a sentence or two.
Draws only from your indexed content: your pages and products. It does not answer from outside knowledge.
Follows the same rules as search: it only uses content you have shared and marked customer-facing, and it respects your out-of-stock setting.
What it costs
Instant search is free. Ask AI is a paid add-on at $25 a month, added to your workspace.

Turning it on
