Tickets page is greyed out

A greyed or missing Tickets page has three causes: tickets are off, your plan does not include them, or your account lacks access. Check each in order.

If the Tickets page is dimmed, empty, or missing, one of three things is true. Work through them in order.

1. Tickets are turned off

If tickets have not been turned on for this app, the board is greyed out. An admin turns them on with the switch in the Tickets page header. See the article on turning tickets on or off.

2. Your plan does not include tickets

Tickets need the Business plan. On a lower plan the page shows "Tickets are available on the Business plan" over a greyed board. Upgrade to use them, and compare what each plan includes in Compare Mando plans and pricing.

3. Your account does not have access

  • If you are a Member without the Tickets capability, the Tickets entry does not appear at all, and opening the link directly shows an empty page with no explanation.

  • Ask a Super Admin or Admin to grant you the Tickets capability. See the article on giving team members access.

If none of these apply and Tickets is still missing for an admin on a paid plan, it may not be switched on for your workspace yet; contact us. For other dimmed controls, see Why some settings and buttons are greyed out via your roles: Understand Super Admin and Member roles.
