Light is 19 USD a month, Growth is 59 USD, and Business is 149 USD. Free costs nothing.
Choosing yearly billing gives you two months free, so a year costs ten months.
The AI quality step
Free and Light use the faster AI tier. Growth and above use the more capable tier, which handles longer, more nuanced questions better.
If your agent gives shallow answers to complicated questions and your content is already good, this is often what is behind it.
Where the plans differ most
Seats. Free and Light are both single seat. If you need colleagues in the inbox, Growth is the first plan that allows it.
Publishing apps. Free includes no help center, newsroom or AI Page. Light adds one of each.
Advanced capabilities. Growth adds AI actions and the internal co-pilot. Business adds workflows and the Mando Assistant.
Enterprise
Enterprise is not shown as a card you can buy. It is sized for large volumes, with 500,000 message credits a month, 100 seats, 50 agents and 100,000 pages. Contact us to discuss it.
Add-ons instead of a bigger plan
If you need more of one thing rather than everything, add-ons let you top up seats, messages and pages, or unlock branding removal and a custom domain, without changing plan.
Add-ons are available on Light, Growth and Business. They cannot be bought on Free.
Frequently asked questions
How do I change plan?
Open Billing, pick a plan and confirm. Only Super Admins can do this.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your limits change, so you may be over a limit until you tidy up.
Can I try a paid plan?
Start on Free, which needs no card, and upgrade when you have proven it works for you.
