AI Search is a type of app in Mando, like your Customer Service agent or Help Center. You create one, then build it out. Your plan sets how many you can have.
Create one
Open the AI Search area from your workspace.
Start a new app and choose the Search type.
Give it a name and confirm.
The free plan includes one AI Search app, and higher plans include more. If you have reached your limit, the create button is disabled with "You've reached your AI Search app limit. Upgrade to add more." Compare what each plan includes in Compare Mando plans and pricing.
Where it lives afterward
Your AI Search app opens on its own page, with a playground to configure it, an insights page, and settings.
You return to it any time from the AI Search area of your workspace.
If you cannot create one
A disabled create button usually means you are at your plan's limit. For other dimmed or missing controls, see Why some settings and buttons are greyed out.
