Each Slack channel receives only the events you pick for it. You choose them when you add the channel, in the Events to send list.
The events you can pick
The checklist covers the events that make sense in a chat channel: Chat escalated to human (ticked by default), Visitor shared contact info, New chat started, New chat message (marked high volume), and ticket events. Tick any combination.
Changing the events later
A saved channel shows its events as read-only tags, and there is no edit button. To change which events a channel receives, Remove the destination and Add the channel again with the new selection.
Start with Chat escalated to human and New chat message for the most useful feed, and add New chat message only if your team can handle its volume.
