Connect your Slack workspace to Mando

Connect Slack once from an app's Webhooks tab so Mando can post events to your channels. You authorize a Slack bot, and the connection is saved for that app.

Connecting Slack lets Mando post customer-service events, such as escalations, straight into your Slack channels. You connect it once per app.

Open the Webhooks tab

In your Customer Service app, go to Settings > Integrations and open the Webhooks tab. Find the Slack card and click Connect Slack.

Authorize the Slack bot

Clicking Connect sends you to Slack to authorize the Mando bot. It asks only to post messages and to list your channels, so you can pick where events go. Approve it, and Slack returns you to Mando with a green Connected badge and your workspace name.

After connecting

Once connected, the card shows a Slack destinations section where you add channels to receive events. To remove the connection, use Disconnect; this also removes every Slack destination for that app.
