Developer webhooks are a live stream of your organization's events, such as a new chat or a new ticket, that Mando sends to an HTTPS endpoint you control. Your own systems can then react in real time.

Where they live

Open Settings and go to Developer webhooks. The page embeds a webhook portal where you add your endpoint URLs, choose which events to receive, copy your signing secret, and view delivery logs.

What events you can receive

The stream covers events across your organization: chats created, updated, and escalated to a human; new chat messages; tickets and ticket activity; content changes; customer records; and content crawl jobs. Each delivery is a POST with the event type and its data.

How they differ from the other webhooks

Developer webhooks are for developers building custom integrations. They are different from three other things: Slack notifications, which post events to a Slack channel; an AI Action webhook, which sends the data an AI Action collects during a chat; and a trigger webhook, which is the reverse direction, where your system sends Mando a signed request to fire a WhatsApp message.
