The Playground is where you build and launch an AI agent. It is organised as four steps you can revisit in any order: Train, Configure, Set Design and Test and Deploy. A live preview sits beside them so you can see the effect of a change immediately.
The four steps
Train gives Mando knowledge about your business. Connect a website, upload files, or add a store so the agent has something to answer from.
Configure sets agent behaviour: its role, the AI model, conversation starters and human handoff.
Set Design controls colours, fonts and layout so the widget matches your brand.
Test and Deploy is where you try the agent, then install the widget or connect channels.
Which order to work in
Train first. An agent with no knowledge has nothing to say, so configuring its personality before it has content is wasted effort. After that, Configure and Set Design in either order, and Test and Deploy last.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to finish a step before moving on?
No. The steps are navigation, not a wizard, so you can jump between them freely and come back later.
Do changes go live immediately?
Settings you save apply to your agent. What visitors see also depends on whether the widget is installed on your site and whether its entry points are visible.
