Mando showed No Instagram Business accounts found. Make sure your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page as a Business account. There was nothing to select, so the connection stopped.
The message names the fix. Instagram only makes direct messages available to tools like Mando for Business accounts that are linked to a Facebook Page.
Check two things
- Account type. Your Instagram account must be a Business account. A personal account will not work, and neither will a creator account.
- Page link. That Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page.
Both are changed in the Instagram app, not in Mando.
How to fix it
- In the Instagram app, switch the account to a Business account if it is not one already.
- Link it to your Facebook Page.
- Return to Mando, open Settings, then Integrations and Channels.
- Select Connect on the Instagram card and sign in with the Facebook account that manages that Page.
- Keep every permission enabled, then select your Instagram account.
