Refresh your billing status after paying on a store

You paid on Salla, Zid or Shopify but Mando still shows the old plan. Use the refresh control on the Billing page before paying again or contacting support.

You upgraded on your store platform, the payment went through, and Mando still shows your old plan. This is almost always a timing issue rather than a failed payment.

Why it happens

Mando checks your subscription status with the platform rather than being told the instant you pay. Between your payment and that check, Mando is still working from what it last knew.

Refresh it yourself

  1. Open Billing in Mando.
  2. Select the refresh control in the page header. Its label describes refreshing your subscription data.
  3. Wait for the confirmation, then check the plan shown.

This asks the platform again immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled check.

Do not pay twice

The most costly mistake here is assuming the payment failed and buying again. It almost never has.

Refresh first, give it a few minutes, and refresh once more. Only then look at whether the payment actually completed on the platform side.

If it still has not updated

  1. Check on the platform that the subscription really is active, rather than pending or awaiting approval.
  2. Confirm you paid on the same store that is connected to this Mando workspace. Paying on a different store will not change this one.
  3. If both look right and Mando still disagrees after a while, contact support with your store name.

Frequently asked questions

How long should I wait?

Refresh, then give it a few minutes and refresh again before escalating.

Does refreshing charge me?

No. It only re-checks your status.

Refreshing failed.

Try again shortly. A failed check does not affect your subscription.
