Mando appears as a panel inside your Salla dashboard once the app is installed. It is a second route into setup, and the one to use when the activation email did not arrive.
Steps
- Open your Salla dashboard and go to the Mando app.
- Select Configure Your Agent on the Mando card.
- Mando opens in a new browser tab, already knowing which store you came from.
- Choose which of your AI agents should have access to this store, then confirm to connect.
The panel is a launcher rather than a full workspace, so the setup itself happens in that new tab.
If it says the store ID is missing
The setup page needs Salla to identify your store. If it reports a missing store ID, the app was not installed from the Salla App Store, or you reached the page outside your Salla dashboard.
Install Mando from the Salla App Store, then open the card again from inside Salla.

This panel covers connecting the store. Everything else, including your agent knowledge, chat widget design and channels, is managed in the full Mando dashboard.

Why does it open a new tab?
Setup runs in the Mando dashboard, so the card sends you there rather than embedding the whole product.
Can I use this instead of the email?
Yes. It reaches the same setup, which is why it is the fallback when no email arrives.
Do I still need a Mando account?
Yes. You sign in or sign up as part of setup.
