WordPress and WooCommerce sites connect to Mando through a plugin you install on your own site. Installing and activating it is the first half of the job, and pairing is the second.
Get the plugin file
The plugin is not on the WordPress plugin directory, so you download it from Mando.
- In Mando, open Content Library, then Sources.
- On the WooCommerce / WordPress card, select Connect Site.
- In the dialog, find Do not have the plugin yet? and select the download link. It gives you a .zip file.
Leave that dialog open. You will come back to it to finish pairing.
Install and activate it
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin.
- Choose the .zip file and install it.
- Activate the plugin from your Plugins list.
Activating matters more than it looks. It is the moment the plugin generates the credentials and the first pairing code, so a plugin that is installed but not activated cannot be paired.
Where the settings live
After activation, Mando CX appears in your WordPress admin sidebar. Open it and you will see setup instructions and your pairing code.
That page is also where you configure what syncs, once your site is paired.

Can I install it from the WordPress plugin search?
No. Download the file from Mando and upload it.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. The plugin works on any WordPress site. WooCommerce simply adds products to what you can sync.
Does activating it change my site?
It adds the settings page and prepares pairing. Nothing syncs and no chat bubble appears until you pair and choose your settings.
