Once your site is paired, the Mando CX page in your WordPress admin controls what Mando receives from your site and what appears on it. Work down the page and select Save and Sync at the end.
Connection
Shows your pairing code, a Regenerate code button, and the site URL being sent to Mando. If the pairing code shows only a dash, it has expired, and Regenerate gives you a fresh one.
Agents
Choose which of your Mando agents can read this site content. The list is loaded live from your Mando workspace, so if it is empty you need to create an agent in Mando first and reload the page.
Sync selection
Pick which content types are sent to Mando: Products if you run WooCommerce, Posts and Pages. Each shows how many items are eligible.
Only published items sync. Drafts and private content stay where they are.
There is also Enable order lookup in the AI chat agent here. Turn it on and your agent can answer where is my order questions by checking your site.
Languages
If you run a multilingual site, choose which languages sync. Mando detects them from your multilingual plugin, so this section reflects the setup you already have.
Chat bubble
Show the AI chat bubble on this site puts the Mando chat widget in your site footer, using the agent you selected when pairing. No theme editing needed.
Excluding individual pages
You do not have to sync everything in a content type. When editing any post, page or product, there is a Sync with Mando CX option you can uncheck to keep that single item out of your agent knowledge.
This is the right tool for internal pages, thank you pages and anything else that would only confuse an answer.
Frequently asked questions
What does Save and Sync do?
It saves your choices and immediately pushes the selected content to Mando.
The agent list will not load.
Reload the settings page. If it still fails, disconnect and pair the site again so its credentials are reissued.
Do I have to re-sync after publishing a post?
The plugin keeps Mando updated for the content types you selected.
