How credits work.

Every Mando AI plan includes a monthly messages/credits allowance. Any AI output uses messages/credits — customer service replies, Mando Assistant chats, co-pilot drafts, and AI Writer content in your Help Center and Newsroom. Different models cost different amounts, so you can match the model to the job.

Customer service replies, Mando Assistant chats, co-pilot draft suggestions, and AI Writer articles in your Help Center and Newsroom — every AI-generated output draws from your monthly allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Bigger models cost more.

Smaller, faster models cost 1 credit per output. Larger, more capable models cost up to 5. Pick the one that fits the task.

How many credits does one minute of voice consume?
Voice calls cost 10 messages/credits per minute, drawn from your monthly allowance. The same rate applies to both web calls and phone calls — billed per minute the AI is on the line.
How many messages does an MCP tool call consume?
Each MCP tool call charges the same as one reply at your model's per-reply rate. So a fast model that costs 1 message per reply will cost 2 if that reply triggers 1 tool call (1 for the reply + 1 for the tool). On a model that costs 3 per reply, 1 tool call = 6 (3 + 3). Capped at 5 calls per conversation.
Can I switch AI models anytime?
Yes. You can change the AI model on any agent with one click, at no extra cost. Try the same question on different models to compare output quality and credit consumption.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional message packs at $10 per 1,000 messages at any time. Credits from add-on packs are available immediately.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the current cycle do not carry over, so it's best to choose a plan that matches your expected monthly volume.
