Do I have to give up my support@ address?
No. Your customers keep emailing the address they've always used. Behind the scenes, that mailbox forwards to Mando AI. Replies go out from your sender name, threaded into the original conversation, so it looks identical from the customer's side.
What are the three reply modes?
Off, Draft, and Auto. Off keeps email manual — Mando AI just files threads in your inbox. Draft has the AI prepare a complete reply that your team reviews and sends with one click. Auto sends grounded replies on its own — best turned on once your knowledge base is solid.
Where do the AI's replies come from?
Your help centre, FAQs, product pages, uploaded documents, and connected store data (Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce). Replies ground in your real content — never generic web answers. If the AI can't find a confident answer, the email escalates to your team with the full context.
Can I keep my own signature and sender name?
Yes. Set your sender name in the email integration settings — replies go out as "Sarah from Mando" or whoever you want. Auto-replies can include a small "via Mando AI" footer if you want transparency, or be silent if you prefer.
Does the email channel work in the same inbox as WhatsApp and Instagram?
