Where does it get its answers?
Only from the content you connect in your Content Library. It can cite the exact sources it used, and it is built not to make things up, so people get your real, approved answers.
Is it for my customers or my team?
Both. Start from a template built for customer support, product education, client portals, and communities, or for HR, internal knowledge, team enablement, and competitor research. You can also start from a blank objective.
Can I brand it and use my own domain?
Yes. Set your logo, colors, fonts, welcome message, and suggested questions, then host it on your own custom domain. On higher plans you can remove Mando branding completely.
Can I capture leads and see what people ask?
