Its 50+ plugins cover profit tracking, dynamic pricing, EU and UK VAT, wishlists, order limits and more, and run on more than 180,000 active stores, with a 4.8-star rating from 720+ reviews. The company has never taken outside funding.
The challenge
50+ plugins, and every question is technical
WPFactory's customers are store owners, developers and agencies. They ask how to set tiered prices for a user role, why a VAT number fails validation, which plugin stops tiny orders, or how a license moves to a new site. Every answer sits somewhere in the docs of one of 50+ plugins.
With customers in every time zone and a team of 13, questions arrive around the clock. WPFactory had already tried a similar AI tool. What it needed was one that reads its docs correctly and answers exactly the way the team would.

An AI agent that knows every plugin's docs
Mando AI connects to WPFactory's WordPress site and learns from its plugin pages and documentation. In the website chat, its AI agent answers setup, pricing and licensing questions in the customer's language and links to the right guide or plugin page.
