Questions about using Google Sheets as a CRM

Can I use Google Sheets as a CRM?+

Yes. A sheet with one row per lead is the simplest CRM there is. The hard part is keeping it filled, and that's the part Mando AI does: its agent adds a row for every lead from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website.

How do I send WhatsApp chats to Google Sheets?+

Connect your WhatsApp Business number to Mando AI, sign in to Google Sheets on the Tools tab, and create an AI Action that adds a row to the sheet and tab you pick (Growth plan and up). Each lead from WhatsApp then becomes a row.

Do I need to set up the columns first?+
